Step 1 - the CLEAR button
Before checking a new room to a new person, make sure the room is clear.
Selecting the CLEAR button will remove students, Time and the word Available (if applicable).

Step 2 - the TIME button
Add the CheckIn and CheckOut Time by selecting the TIME Button.
You may also use this button when you want to type in a different time.

Step 3 - the STUDENT button
Add and remove students to the room by selecting the STUDENT Button.
This tool does not clear the room because it does not remove the CheckIn/Out time nor does it remove the word Available.
However, if you want to add students or remove them without changing the CheckOut time, this is the tool to use.

Step 4 - the AVAILABLE button
After checkout time has passed, make the room available to other students.
Allow current borrowers to stay in the room until another student requests the room.
Mark the room Available by selecting the Available Button. Select Time Is Up on the following form.

Step 5 - the CLEAR button
When all the students leave the room, use the CLEAR button to remove Time, Students and the word Available.
